Rhode Island Student Survey Castle Hill Lighthouse The Rhode Island Student Survey (RISS) is a collaboration among the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH), the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), and the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE).
